Shipping policy
Our store is located in Finland from where we ship most or our products excluding clothing and other textiles that are handled by Printful. These items are made to order and shipped to your straight form the manufacturer in Europe or in some cases in the USA. Some items are only available for US citizens.
We always try to be as quick as possible and usually the orders are processed within 2-4 days after receiving the order. Sometimes it is possible that it will take a little bit longer, but if there is longer than few days delay in the delivery, we will contact you. Some products in our store are made to order (for.ex. jewelry) and can take longer to make. The ´on demand´ made orders by Printfull can take few days to be ready be sent to you.
We use Finnish POSTI parcel service, Matkahuolto and DHL Global Mail (Deutche Post) and DHL Express to ship your orders. If you order products that are located at our warehouse in Finland and Printful products, they will be shipped separately. You will receive notifications about the state of your order from both parties.
The customer is responsible for any customs charges, import charges and any other charges that may apply. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Riena Productions cannot be held accountable for any delays in delivery not dependent on us, including delays caused by customs procedures.
All prices shown in our website include VAT tax where applicable.
Please also note, that there may be charges on payments not dependent on us, but by PayPal or your credit card issuer. These are not charges we can or will reimburse, so please check with your provider before ordering.
If any issues with your order arise, we will be in touch via e-mail, so please ensure your address is current and correct. Also make sure the other shipping information like Your full name, shipping address and zip code (postal code) is correct and typed without any letters to insure your order will find its way to you.

If the products are damaged in the shipping process, it is important that you take pictures of the outside of the parcel and the damaged items too.
